From today it is possible to apply for the YEP Young women Empowerment Program!

YEP is a program of the Ortygia Business School Foundation developed in collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo as part of its commitment to gender inclusion and the enhancement of young female talents, particularly in the territory of Southern Italy.

Thanks to YEP, for 6 months young female students will have the opportunity to discuss and explore the dynamics of orientation and the world of work with an Intesa Sanpaolo manager (Mentor) through a one-to-one mentoring relationship.

The program is aimed at female students enrolled in the first or second year of Master's Degree, degree courses in Computer and Computer Engineering and will provide useful tools to guide their academic and career choices in an informed way.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of motivation and merit.
