Call for Poster Contributions: Submit your Poster Contribution to the DIA Summit 2026 on "Agile Vertical Industries through Innovation in Intelligent Datacom"

We are inviting you to submit a poster contribution to the second DIA summit, organised by the Datacom Industry Association (DIA).
As AI and data-driven technologies reshape industries across Europe, intelligent datacom is emerging as the backbone enabling critical infrastructures and services to connect, adapt, and operate at scale, deployed in many vertical industries to realise the future Digital Society.
The Datacom Industry Association (DIA) brings together stakeholders from research, industry, and public sector to drive innovation in secure, resilient, and collaborative datacom technologies and their enabled infrastructures. For this, the DIA fosters cross-domain collaboration by bridging cutting-edge research with industrial deployment to accelerate the development of suitable solutions that address complex societal and industrial challenges.
The DIA Summit is a unique forum where innovation meets real-world impact. Centred on sector-specific innovation through intelligent datacom, the summit explores how next-generation, AI-enhanced communication systems enable industries to become more agile, adaptive, efficient, and interconnected. The backdrop of this event are the DIA working groups, from aerospace to railways, from healthcare to energy and education, which are actively investigating key aspects on how intelligent datacom transforms those critical sectors.
With a dedicated poster session, organised as a walk-about during the lunch and coffee breaks for the participants to discuss, the DIA wants to provide a unique opportunity for young researchers at the grad/post-grad level to showcase their research result to the participants.
Solicited topics of your contributions include usages, applicabilities, and technologies related to data communication in vertical industries like aerospace, railways, health, energy and others as well as core technology contributions to horizontal technologies utilised in vertical industries, such as networking technologies, 5/6G, AI, compute technologies, and others.

Accepted poster contributions would need to register to the event at a reduced rate at the link below and be available in person during the designed time slots of the coffee and lunch breaks to discuss their findings with the participants.
