All Graduates (both Master's and Bachelor's) can request the Diploma Supplement relating to their academic career in the Academic Secretariat.

The Diploma Supplement was developed on the initiative of the European Commission, the Council of Europe and UNESCO / CEPES and aims to overcome the obstacles that do not allow the adequate use and recognition of qualifications. It is a supplementary document of the official qualification obtained at the end of a course of study at a university or higher education institution. The purpose of the Diploma Supplement is to provide independent data to improve the international transparency of qualifications and to allow for fair academic and professional recognition. It is therefore of fundamental importance for international mobility for those who intend to go abroad to continue their studies or to enter the world of work.

The standard form of the Diploma Supplement contains 8 points and provides a description of the nature, level, context, content and status of the studies carried out and completed by the student. In particular, it provides information relating to:

  • student personal data;
  • educational qualification and relative level;
  • learning objectives, training activities carried out and assessments achieved;
  • scope of use of the qualification.

The Diploma Supplement contains only official data on the student's career, with the exclusion of discretionary assessments, equivalence statements or suggestions relating to recognition.
