Edition 2022-2023
Until 16/10/2022 it is possible to apply for the third edition of the YEP Program - Young Women Empowerment Program, a program of the Ortygia Business School Foundation for the future of young female students in Southern Italy, as part of its commitment to the inclusion of gender and the enhancement of young female talents.
Thanks to YEP, for 6 months, young students will have the opportunity to confront and explore the dynamics of orientation and the world of work with a professional from an important Italian company (Mentor) through a one-to-one mentoring relationship.
The program is aimed at female students enrolled in the first or second year of Master's Degree, degree courses belonging to DIETI and other departments of the University (Department of Economics and Statistics; Department of Economics, Management and Institutions; Department of Mathematics and Applications; Department of Physics; Department of Chemical, Materials and Industrial Production Engineering; Department of Political Sciences; Department of Social Sciences) and will provide useful tools to consciously guide one's academic and career choices.
The meetings will take place remotely. Participation is free.
