Until November 13, 2024, it is possible to apply for the fifth edition of the YEP Program - Young Women Empowerment Program, a program for the future of young female students in Southern Italy created by the Ortygia Foundation, as part of its commitment to gender inclusion and the valorization of young female talents.

Thanks to YEP, for 6 months, young female students will have the opportunity to discuss and explore the dynamics of orientation and the world of work with a professional from an important Italian company (Mentor) through a mentoring relationship.
The program is aimed at female students enrolled in the first or second year of a Master's Degree (fourth and fifth year for single-cycle courses) of degree courses belonging to various Departments including DIETI and will provide useful tools to consciously guide their academic and career choices.
The meetings will take place remotely. Participation for Universities and students is free.
